The Sirman TC 32 COLORADO M meat mincer features robust AISI 304 stainless steel construction, ensuring both durability and a sleek appearance. It is equipped with powerful IP 55 insulated and fan-cooled motors designed for continuous use and high performance. The mincer's endless screw motor-reducer operates in an oil-bath, contributing to its long service life and reliability. Additionally, the motor-reducer includes a double seal for extended, trouble-free operation.

This model includes a convenient no-tools head lock mechanism and a stainless steel mincing head designed for high-yield production. The mincing head is fully removable, making cleaning straightforward and efficient. The TC 32 COLORADO M is equipped with IP 54 protected, 24 V controls for safe and reliable operation.

The TC 32 COLORADO M is compatible with the FORMAT M hamburger mould system, which requires separate purchase of the Hamburger Mould attachment device along with the required choice of mould. This system is versatile and offers a range of optional moulds, including:
