How these apply

These conditions apply whenever you buy a promotional, clearance or pre-owned item from ProChef Hospitality (Cater Inc Pty Ltd). They apply alongside our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

RRP and savings

Where a product shows a higher figure beside its selling price, that figure is the manufacturer's recommended retail price (RRP), and any "SAVE" amount is the difference between our selling price and that RRP.

Promotion periods

Promotional pricing applies only for the advertised period and only to the products included in that promotion. Prices return to our everyday price at the end of the period.

The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when your order is placed. We cannot apply a promotional price to an order placed before the promotion started or after it ended.

Availability

Promotional, clearance and pre-owned stock is limited. If an item sells out after you order it, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Quantity limits may apply per customer where stated on the offer.

Clearance and pre-owned stock

Clearance, ex-showroom, seconds ("2NDs") and pre-owned equipment is sold as described on its product page. These items may:

• show cosmetic marks, scratches or dents that do not affect operation;
• be superseded models or discontinued lines;
• carry a shorter warranty than new stock, or no manufacturer warranty;
• be supplied without original packaging or accessories.

The warranty for each item is shown in its product specifications. If no warranty is shown, please ask us before you buy. We can also send photographs of a specific item on request.

Returns on sale items

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to sale items exactly as they do to full-price items. A discounted price does not reduce them. The consumer guarantees do not cover a fault or defect we told you about before you bought the item.

As with all purchases, we do not provide refunds for change of mind — see our Refund Policy.

Combining offers

Unless stated otherwise, promotional pricing cannot be combined with other discounts, discount codes, contract pricing, or our Price Match Guarantee. Clearance, seconds and ex-display products are excluded from the Price Match Guarantee.
