The Sirman Sigix M20 is a practical and robust manual tray sealer designed for efficiency and durability. Constructed with an AISI 304 stainless steel body, this machine offers both strength and corrosion resistance. It features an electronic controller with precise temperature and preheating adjustments, allowing for accurate sealing operations.

The Sigix M20 has a sealing time of just 4 seconds, making it a quick and effective solution for high-volume tray sealing. It accommodates trays up to a maximum size of 260 x 190 mm and can handle a film width of up to 200 mm. The machine also includes custom dies made to specific drawings, ensuring flexibility for various tray sizes and shapes.

The sealing plate is coated with Teflon and made from aluminum, which enhances durability and ease of cleaning. Additionally, the Sigix M20 can handle trays with a maximum height of 120 mm.

Optional accessories include film rolls and standard trays in sizes such as 137 x 95 mm (height 63 mm), 190 x 137 mm (height 72 mm), 230 x 190 mm (height 65 mm), and 260 x 190 mm (height 65 mm). Custom molds for these standard tray sizes are also available.
