The Sirman PPJ20 Freestanding Potato Peeler is built from AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. It features a self-tensioning Poli-V belt drive and high-efficiency ventilated motors for continuous operation. The machine is equipped with a stainless steel peeling disc and an easily replaceable abrasive surface, guaranteeing effective and consistent peeling.

The PPJ20 includes a patented removable container and bottom peeling disc, both dishwasher-safe and detachable without tools. It also features an automatic unloading system and a stainless steel outlet with a quick, sealed locking mechanism. The adjustable stainless steel feet provide stability and can be fixed to the floor for added security. Maintenance is facilitated by easy access to all components.

Standard features include a fast water inlet connection, along with an additional stainless steel trestle and sieve. An optional vegetable drier basket is available. The PPJ20 meets CE safety standards, with microswitches on the lid and outlet opening.

Operating at 1,102 watts (1.5 Hp) and powered by a 3ph source, the PPJ20 has a capacity of 20 kg (35 liters) and a rotational speed of 275 RPM, delivering an output of 340 kg/h.
