The MASTER 90 Y12 Grinder and Mixer is a high-performance unit crafted from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring both robustness and ease of cleaning as it can be sprayed down. The machine features two independent motors: the TC motor, which delivers 5145 watts (7 HP) for grinding, and the IP motor, providing 1102 watts (1.5 HP) for mixing. It operates on a versatile power source, supporting both single-phase and three-phase connections.

This model includes a large tank with a capacity of 90 kg or 120 liters, accommodating substantial batches. The standard plate size is 4.5 mm in diameter, and the machine operates at 186 rpm for the TC motor and 30 rpm for the IP motor, providing a high output ranging from 1000 to 1200 kg per hour.

Safety and ease of use are emphasized with features such as a safety microswitch on the meat mixer cover, air pistons for automatic cover opening, and IP 67 stainless steel controls. The grinder also includes a reverse function for added versatility.

The grinding set, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, is designed for high performance and includes a stainless steel drive pin and a tempered steel worm pin. Both the grinding set and mixing arm can be disassembled easily without tools, thanks to a patented plate detection system designed for 42mm plates.

Included as standard are a self-sharpening stainless steel knife, a 6mm stainless steel plate, a floor support with stainless steel wheels and a brake, and a worm and plate removal tool.

Optional accessories enhance the machine���s functionality, including a stainless steel splash guard and a safety device for plates larger than ��8mm. Additionally, there are options for a stainless steel 1/2 or full unger grinding set.

For precise control, the MASTER 90 Y12 offers a timer function and a reverse function with a timer for the meat mixer. Optional add-ons include pedal controls and attachments for hamburger presses, available in both semi-automatic (Format S) and automatic (Format A) confrations.
