Built with a body of AISI 304 stainless steel, the Ex-TRACTOR ensures durability and longevity. The hopper, head, spatula blade, and sieves are all constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, and they are easily removable for convenient cleaning. The components can be disassembled and washed in a dishwasher, simplifying maintenance and ensuring hygienic operation.

The Ex-TRACTOR comes with a range of sieves, including 1, 2, 3, and 5 mm mesh options, making it ideal for creating fruit and vegetable jams, compotes, tomato pur��e, and other vegetable-based preparations. It is also effective for extracting concentrtes from fish and meat using cooking juices.

For added convenience, the machine includes two separate containers for collecting waste and refined products, allowing for efficient processing and cleanup.
