This model features AISI 304 blade protection shields and an easily removable and changeable blade assembly, which simplifies maintenance and cleaning. The combs and blade assembly can be removed effortlessly for thorough sanitation. Additionally, the tenderizer includes a switchable handle to accommodate both left- and right-handed operators.

Please note that the cutting blade assembly is not included. The cylinder length is 250 mm, and the loading hopper dimensions are 30 x 250 mm, providing a versatile and user-friendly tool for meat processing.
