Features
Heavy-duty construction featuring stainless steel, Delrin® and aluminium components. Manual wire cleaning system allows cleaning during operation with the front safety door securely locked. Transparent methacrylate lid with a durable stainless steel front door. Adjustable patty thickness up to 23 mm. Integrated No-Volt Release (NVR) safety device. Removable feed hopper for easy loading and cleaning. Interchangeable Delrin® forming cylinder available in single or dual shape configurations. Quick-release paddle for fast removal and easy cleaning. Coded magnetic safety interlocks and guards prevent access to moving parts during operation. Removable paddles, forming cylinder and feed hopper for easy cleaning and maintenance. Electrical components housed in an IP55-rated enclosure for enhanced protection.
