Features
Heavy-duty construction featuring stainless steel, Delrin® and aluminium components. Integrated automatic wire cleaning powered by the main motor, with no compressed air required. Stainless Steel lid with a durable stainless steel front door. Adjustable patty thickness up to 30mm Integrated No-Volt Release (NVR) safety device. Removable feed hopper for easy loading and cleaning. Interchangeable Delrin® forming cylinder available in single or dual shape configurations. Quick-release paddle for fast removal and easy cleaning. Coded magnetic safety interlocks and guards prevent access to moving parts during operation. Removable paddles, forming cylinder, display case and feed hopper with guided fittings for fast, hygienic cleaning and easy maintenance. Raised machine design provides easy access for cleaning beneath the unit. High-efficiency multi-frequency motor. Available in single-speed or variable-speed drive models to suit different production requirements. Electrical components housed in an IP55-rated enclosure for enhanced protection.
