Designed to hold a capacity of 200 pies, the Woodson Pie Display Pro Series combines fan forced heat circulation, with a humidity tray, ensuring the product is kept in the optimal serving condition. Supplied with eight adjustable shelf supports, this unit is suited to standard size baker trays and wires. This product utilises heat resistant high impact low voltage lighting, while a wide range of door configurations are available, enabling the best possible product display, to occur.

• Temperature regulation via thermostat, designed to hold product between 70��C - 80��C. Product must be pre-heated above 65��C prior to display
