The Sirman TC 42 MONTANA Y12 is a high-production meat mincer constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. It is powered by robust 7 HP three-phase motor and features an oil-bath, water-protected gear box designed for reliability under continuous use.

The grinding set of the TC 42 MONTANA Y12 is entirely made from AISI 304 stainless steel and is engineered for high efficiency, handling even repeated processing tasks with ease. The machine is capable of an actual hourly output of 1,100 kg, with a maximum potential output of 3,500 kg. It maintains low residuals of unprocessed meat, with only 50-90 grams left in the grinding set after each cycle. The stainless steel drive pin, tempered steel worm pin, and exclusive patented plate and ring nut detection system (CE) ensure precision and durability.

The grinding set is designed for quick disassembly, facilitating faster cleaning and sanitation. The square feeding neck allows for expedited processing cycles, and the large feeding hopper (563x900x120 mm) comes with a safety microswitch for added security. The mincer also features IP 67 water-protected stainless steel controls with a reverse function for enhanced operational flexibility.
