The Sirman PPJ10 Freestanding Potato Peeler is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, offering robust durability and corrosion resistance. It features a self-tensioning Poli-V belt drive and high-efficiency ventilated motors for continuous operation. Equipped with a stainless steel peeling disc and an easily replaceable abrasive surface, it ensures effective and consistent peeling.

The PPJ10 includes a patented removable container and bottom peeling disc, both dishwasher-safe and detachable without the need for tools. It also features an automatic unloading system and a stainless steel outlet with a quick, sealed locking mechanism. Adjustable stainless steel feet enhance stability and can be fixed to the floor for additional security. The machine is designed for easy maintenance with straightforward access to all components.

Standard features include a fast water inlet connection, as well as an additional stainless steel trestle and sieve. An optional vegetable drier basket is also available. The PPJ10 complies with CE safety standards, including microswitches on the lid and outlet opening.

The machine operates at 735 watts (1 Hp) and is compatible with both 1ph and 3ph power sources. It has a capacity of 10 kg (20 liters), a rotational speed of 320 RPM, and an output of 170 kg/h.
