The PTO function stands for Power Traction Outlet and allows optional accessories with 12 standard connection like TC, TV to be connected through the front of machine making it versatile for other applications such as mincing.

The Katana 12 PTO is equipped with controls that include IP 67 stainless steel buttons, ensuring both durability and ease of use. The blade hub, which comes standard with three blades, can be effortlessly removed and reconfigud to two blades if needed.
