The Model IP 80 XP BA Meat Mixer boasts a modern design and is constructed from durable AISI 304 stainless steel. Its tilting tank features an automatic locking system along with a safety lock for ease of use and secure operation. The mixer is equipped with stainless steel swivel wheels, two of which are lockable, providing stability and mobility.

This model includes a two-arm mixing system with removable AISI 304 stainless steel arms that can be detached without the need for tools. The gear box and control panel are fully protected, featuring an oil-bath gear box with ground and tempered helical gears, and double seals on both the tank and gear box to ensure longevity and reliable performance.

The stainless steel controls are rated IP 67 and offer functions such as forward/reverse operation, an auto-off feature, and an auto-function with reverse capability. For added safety, the mixer is equipped with a stainless steel cover that includes a safety microswitch. It requires a minimum loading of 40% of its maximum capacity and is particularly suited for mixing hard products and salads.

Optional features include a feeding tray for ingredient addition. The mixer is available in two power configurations: 370W (0.5 hp x2) for single-phase and 550W (0.75 hp x2) for three-phase power sources. It accommodates a tank with dimensions of 620mm x 500mm and has a capacity of 80kg or 110 liters.
