The Sirman IP 50 M is a high-performance single arm meat mixer designed for versatility and ease of use. Constructed from durable AISI 304 stainless steel, it features a powerful 1.5HP ventilated motor that ensures reliable operation. The mixer is equipped with an oil-bath gear box containing ground and tempered helical gears, and a double sealing system for enhanced protection and longevity.

Safety is prioritized with a microswitch on the cover, while the removable AISI 304 stainless steel mixing arm can be detached without the use of tools, simplifying maintenance. The mixer also includes a front outlet opening for easy shaft removal and product unloading.

The IP 50 M is fitted with IP 54 protection-rated controls and features a reverse function for added versatility. Optional upgrades include stainless steel IP 67 protection-rated controls, adjustable legs with wheels (available in short, medium, and long), and a feeding tray for ingredient addition.

With a power rating of 1,100 watts (1.5 horsepower) for single-phase the IP 50 M provides robust performance. The tank dimensions are 410x480 mm, offering a capacity of 88 liters or 50 kg batch.
