The GF-Dakota features a robust anodized aluminum body combined with shockproof ABS sides for exceptional durability and resilience. Its ventilated motor ensures efficient operation while maintaining optimal cooling.

The grater boasts a large, bright-finished aluminum grating mouth with dimensions of 140x80 mm, providing ample space for efficient processing. A large, see-through plexiglass receiving tray allows for easy monitoring of the grating process and quick collection of grated cheese. The stainless steel drum is easily demountable for hassle-free cleaning and maintenance.

The CE-compliant model includes 24-volt controls and an NVR (No-Volt Release) device for enhanced safety. It is equipped with safety microswitches on both the receiving tray and the lever to prevent accidental operation and ensure user protection.
