It features a 2mm thick worktop, rounded edges, chrome details, and a rear splashback. Waterproof chromed knobs with an IPX5 waterproof rating Powerful 4.08 kW high-efficiency elements provide rapid heating, directly contacting the food, and ensure precise heat control through thermostatic regulation. Equipped with a water compartment and a specialized reflective system to optimize heat intensity, the water bath collects fats, reduces smoke, enhances juiciness, and ensures the finished product meets the highest standards by cooking with direct heat. Direct contact stainless steel elements are constructed for food grade use and suitable for direct cooking. The elements are easily lifted up and rotatable for easy cleaning and maintenance. The unit is supplied with adjustable feet for ground leveling. Removable Large capacity liquid grease collectors and easy waste water drain connection for emptying out the tank. Designed for easy maintenance and serviceability, with all parts accessible by simply removing the front control panel. Each individual element can be uniquely replaced easily.
