_x000D_ The electric units use heating elements, whilst the gas units use piezo ignition burners with flame failure & pilot burner. All units feature the Hi-limit temperature protection, with temperature regulated via the thermostat (90 C 280 C).
_x000D_ Choose from electric/gas models, 400/800mm wide with mild steel or satin chrome for the cooking plate.
