The unit features piezo ignition burners with flame failure device and pilot burner, and temperature regulation via variable power flame control. A lava stone rack over burners spreads and radiates heat, while vaporising fats, for an authentic char grill taste.

The grill is supplied standard with a specialised V-shaped meat char plate to capture and drain fat to the front drip tray, while providing defined char markings.
