The Culinaire range of Island Buffets provides a practical and attractive solution to the presentation and storage of food for self-serve applications. The refrigerated buffet uses the Culinaire under bench Cold Well with Gantry (Refer to CR.CWCF.U.GSF for details). The standard buffet unit has an internal framing that is constructed from heavy duty stainless steel, to endure the day to day use in a busy environment.
