B&S BLACK NC-CF Noodle Cooker with Cheung Fun insert

The B+S Black series noodle cooker has been designed to meet the changing needs of commercial kitchens. This multi-purpose cooker has been designed with for flexibility - it can be used not only for noodles, but also for pasta cooking, soup warming, ���cheung fun��� rice pastry steaming and ���yum-cha��� dumpling steaming.

The unit incorporates an inbuilt water overflow for removal of excess starch. It also features a basket insert self-closing mechanism for increased efficiency. A multi-setting gas valve allows for enhanced flame regulation, enabling both rapid boiling and simmering.
